I've got to find a new primary.  He's never available. Office staff is rude and completely unhelpful.

I first starting going to see Dr. Baker when I discovered I had dangerously high levels of glucose and found that he was in my insurance network - and close to where I live. It had been a few years since I had seen a doctor, due to a bad experience with the last one. Because of this, I was nervous to start seeing a new doctor again. Within the first few minutes with Dr. Baker, I knew I had made the right choice. There was no judgment for not seeing a doctor the past few years, and he seemed genuinely concerned with taking care of my health.
Now, 4 months and a few visits later and I still feel that he is the best! I never have to wait long, and when he comes in to the examination room, he takes just the right amount of time…not short and dismissive, nor too long and drawn out. His bedside manner is outstanding as well. 
I would recommend Dr. Baker 100% to anyone, but especially someone who may be apprehensive about seeing a doctor for whatever reason.
