The dates in question are 1/21/2019 and 1/25/2019. went in for my annual appointment for quest diagnostics. Instead of filing the claim as that he choose to instead file it for a follow-up for something 2 years ago causing my insurance not to cover it. I am probably going to have to pay $110 out of pocket just for the nurse to check my blood pressure and weight and the doctor asking if anything is wrong. then another $80 because the blood work for my insurance was also filled the same way. My normal co-pay for a PCP visit to begin with is only $50. If you choose him as your PCP make sure you watch your bills and fight whenever they get filed wrong.
