Always had a good experience at the office of Rupert W. Jilcott, III, M.D. This physician takes the time to do a thorough exam, from head to foot, when you are seen. He will answer and explain your questions. He will not do over testing, but will do all that needs to be done to find out and treat your illness. He will not hesitate to ask for other physicians opinion, or send you to a specialist when a diagnosis out of his field comes up, or if you need to be hospitalized. I have trusted this physician with my care, for over 46 years. Will be sad when he decides to retire.

When you are in the doctor's office you have the doctors full attention, but if have blood work or any other test it very hard to contact the doctor for medical attention needed for you health. My blood work came back very bad a I called to get medical help with this and I was told they would let the doctor know, but I never heard from the doctor.

My husband was also with me, & provided some of my history for me, since I couldn't at that time but could hear what was being said. Dr. Jilcott, listened to him intently too, which helped speed my care for the day & days afterwards.
