The date of service is wrong as i don't remember my last appointment.  I have seen drAzhar for years  it has become sketchy for use of cash only paypal or the other service she uses for pay both of which I refuse to use. I rarely carry cash on me which makes payments difficult.  I also don't think she's aggressive with treatment with some of the more sensitive or edgier psychological disorders. I have told her about situations i am mentally in control of my body and shes told me don't do that itts blowing off my disease.

Only accepted cash which seems sketchy in this day and age of technology. From time of appointment to the time I actually got to see the doctor the wait was always over an hour. Always. She always seemed hurried and didn’t really try to get to the cause of any of my issues.
