I called to try to get an appointment. The front desk worker, Kara has the most horrific customer service skills. Refused to listen and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to someone else, she absolutely refused. I went in and finally talked with the office manager who promised that Kara was never mean and was basically perfect in every way. I suppose I’m a liar also. My family will NEVER step foot back in that office. Terrible experience. I realize it’s not the dentist’s fault, but if you can’t get past reception, it doesn’t matter what kind of doctor is beyond those doors. So sad because we really like Dr. Lalwani.
