The nurses and Medical assistants do not return calls or answer their messages. When they are on vacation there is no coverage and no indication at all that you won't be helped in a timely manner. I've been a patient of Dr. Mallay's for years and after 3 weeks of waiting and 5 calls to Dr. Mallay's nurser on a pre-authorization I am done being ignored and disrespected by callous and hateful individuals who have no business working with patients, let alone in the medical field. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this office treating their patients like garbage but it will be the last time I'm ignored for asking someone to do their job!
