I waited 7 months to get into Dr Owen's office. I got a clean done and they gave me my treatment plan. I explained to them the pain I have when I get fillings and asked them to only do one filling until they knew that my teeth handled it okay. She said they don't do that. She said Dr Owens will do all fillings at one time and not one at a time. She said she would ask the dentist to see if he would offer an exception and he refused so instead they dropped me as a patient. 

First appointment, waited almost 1 hour to be seen. I made sure they knew my wife had a tooth needed pull. But didn’t pull it. Made another appointment, which was rescheduled. Then today called as we were pulling into parking lot to reschedule. Stated they don’t do extraction on Thursday, so why make an appointment for extraction on Thursday!!!
