When I went for my first visit I saw Dr. Jamison, very happy with him.  I went back in Dec.  2022, and was helped by another dr. Was not happy with him.  Got my ears checked and I need hearing aids.  The person that took my test never called back.  I called the office and talked to him and he just said your insurance doesn’t cover them and that was that.  Didn’t give me a chance to ask questions about prices or payments.  Very unhappy with their staff.  Till this day I haven’t gotten my hearing aids.  Called back and was told the guy that took my test no longer works there.  I talked to the one taking his place.  Didn’t care at all.  I will be going to another ENT and hopefully I will get my hearing aids as soon as possible.
