Dr. Coles has been our daughter's pediatrician since birth. He's very nice and takes good care of our daughter. She feels completely comfortable with him. I appreciate his transparency and is up front when answering our questions. We prefer doctors that don't sugar coat responses, but that might not work for others.
We recently changed from a wonderful doctor who has seen my son since he was an infant. He wanted to see a male doctor, so we booked a well-check appointment with Dr. Robert Coles. Unfortunately, our experience was disruptive to our view of the patient-doctor relationship at this office. A concern was brought up and met with a dismissive attitude and judgment. We left a bit surprised at the exchange. We have decided to switch back to our old doctor because of this weird and uncomfortable appointment.
