There should be an EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING category. Dr Rubin takes time to listen, is extremely efficient in managing patient care. In this case he not only completed an attending physician statement needed to submit to trip cancellation insurance claim but required referral for ENT consult. Both were accomplished immediately in office & as I left and had forgottent to take paperwork he personally ran (literally) out of the office to catch me in the parking lot to give me the paperwork. This is exemplary.
