My wife, Ruth, lost her life suddenly in November of 2021, a few days after seeing Dr. Eager for breathing difficulties. Dr. Eager failed to do due diligence for Ruth by not reviewing my dear wife's prior medical history--which was in his charts and resided in his own portable computer--which I had to show him after Ruth's sudden death. Inside Dr. Eager's examination room computer, Ruth listed her concerns and conditions and medications and genetic risk factors she struggled with for so long. We both thought we trusted Dr. Eager and eagerly followed his course of medication. But Ruth died suddenly 3 days into a 4-day course of the antibiotics he prescribed for her. Had Dr. Eager simply taken another minute and looked in his computer under the tab that detailed my wife's medical condition, her concerns and her medicines, then Dr. Eager would have had a more comprehensive understanding upon which to dialogue with her and properly treat her. I do not wish this sorrow ever on anyone
