I had two separate appointments with Dr. Ernst for pain relief from occipital neuralgia. Unfortunately,  he was unable to follow through on performing the RFA procedure I was initially referred to him by my PM&R Dr. for. He then was unable a second time to follow through on performing the Cervical Spine Epidural procedure HE decided I should have done instead. Long story short, I wasted around 4+ hours of my life with this doctor including driving time and ended back at square one. Except now, I'm left with extreme mental distress added on top of my pre-existing chronic pain. This, I believe, is due to his inability to correctly diagnose and follow through with the promise to perform the procedure to relieve my pain.
I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for your medical needs.
Now I'll have to work on getting my $1,000 co-pay refunded.
