I had very positive experiences at FACEY in Porter Ranch and at Valencia Surgery Center with Dr. Roth. I visited for finger surgery to repair the tendon in the distal joint of my left ring finger. The front office receptionists greeted me warmly, and I experienced minimal wait times. The casting department was outstanding; they treated me with gentle care, which I greatly appreciated, especially since I was nervous about the procedure.Both the surgery and the doctor's office maintained a professional atmosphere, the facility was clean, and the service was excellent. Dr. Roth and his team are highly knowledgeable and skilled physicians. I would highly recommend both FACEY Valencia and FACEY Porter Ranch, as well as Dr. Roth.

I have been with my provider for about 20 years and over the last few years I have seen a change. The change is not good, difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner as well as feeling rushed during the actual appointment time. As for the front desk staff, there is some definite improvement needed. There needs to be more friendly and professional behavior.

Dr. Roth was friendly and inspired confidence. The visit was slightly rushed but the visit summary provided afterward contained all the information I needed. My initial visit to urgent care went well but scheduling an appointment with the specialist took almost two days and was expedited by the urgent care staff during a follow-up visit.

Was in for a Steroid injection into my hand for "trigger finger". Will check back with Dr. Roth in four weeks for follow up. Dr. Roth is great!!!Still have issues with My Chart Messering to my Primary Care Physician. Four day turnaround is unacceptable. Since I have mentioned this many time, it doesn't seem to be a priority to Facey.

Dr Roth was one of the most important and respected doctors and he was the only doctor to give me a little hope for my hand never made any promises but he tried and my hand is a lot better and stronger than it ever was in the last 5 years I have a lot to be thankful especially to him I know he is retiring I wish him the very best

Had a great experience with Dr. Roth-- and I like the fact that he was matter-of-fact and said the shot was going to hurt. However, it wasn't that bad and he definitely had a comical bedside manner. I'm hoping this initial treatment works but wouldn't hesitate to have him perform surgery if it was ultimately necessary.

Dr Roth was on time. He had seen my exray. He told me why my finger still hurt. He explained why waiting and giving it more time to heal was the best treatment option. He said that he would be available to discuss the issue again if that treatment option caused me any issues in the future.

I saw Dr. Roth for a fractured arm. He seems to have done an excellent job of setting the arm, but there are not enough doctors available at Facey. He is usually double booked and it is hard to get an appointment. He doesn't have time to give you enough information.
