I asked questions. Had I not, I don't think I'd have received any information. Although both the doctor and the assistant were fine, neither was particularly personable. Little warning (or explanation) of the procedure was provided in advance, in spite of it being very uncomfortable. Comments are not about woman that did first part of testing but dr who did second part, no introduction, no explaining procedure or even that he was a dr, the young woman told me the dr would be in next. All questions I asked was met with funny or sarcastic answers. With all of it not being a pleasant experience, he did not make it easy to complete that test!

Dr Frere is an excellent neurologist. His bedside manners are great! After losing Dr Gibbs, I never thought I would find another neurologist as good as he was but I think I've found one! ECU Neurology should be grateful for doctors like he and his late colleague, Dr Gibbs. They are certainly a rare breed. You can't find doctors like them nowadays
