I called to set up an appointment with Dr. Imani's office and was IMMEDIATELY met with rage from the receptionist on the other line.  I have never been there before so there was no reason for the attitude or for the person to be yelling at me as I provided my basic information to her.  Although taken aback by her behavior and immediate hatred for me after only learning my phone number and address, I stayed as polite as possible.  When she was finished I tried to ask her a question.  She acted like it was insane for me to think I was allowed to speak let alone have a question and when she didn't understand my question I tried to rephrase it.  This was met with her abruptly saying (and I quote), "Maybe this isn't the office for you!!! I'm cancelling your appointment and I think YOU need to find another Psychiatrist!."  The whole conversation was on speaker phone and my whole family heard this person berate me from the time I said "Hello".  Imagine if I was calling for an appointment, because I faced severe depression issues, etc.  Being treated that way by someone who absolutely knows NOTHING about you and has NO reason to speak to you like that, but that they had a bad day is a VERY bad sign and not someone I would want to represent my MENTAL HEALTH practice.  Completely unacceptable and should not be working there if they hate their job so much. Period.  They are undoubtedly losing business due to this.

Two tries to contact office. Once their voicemails box was full. Second, no answer on a Tuesday at 1pm. Not a good sign. Sandra Clarita number is disconnected.
