Above and beyond his expertise as a cardiologist, Dr. Perrin's warmth and personal connection with my dad has been so important. [...] appointment with Dr. Perrin highlighted the incredible, comprehensive care and support my dad receives. Dr. Perrin immediately picked up the subtle changes in my dad's demeanor and began asking him questions about his mood. My dad opened about his sense of loss and concern about recent decline in functioning. With empathy and skill, Dr. Perrin not only gave him the emotional support he needed but helped him be open to discussing pharmacological with his intervention with his primary care physician. Dr. Perrin took the time to look beyond my dad's cardiology issues and provide him with support with his overall well-being.
