This was the worst experience I've had with a medical professional. His phone was ringing loudly while everyone was waiting and he would leave and come back between appointments. I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. His underwear were showing the whole time. Once it was my turn, he had very poor bedside manner. I was barely sitting down and situated before he started yanking my eyes open to add drops (didn't explain what for or give me a heads up). Once I was sitting, but before I had my forehead and chin resting, he kept poking my eye with the tool he was using to look at my eye. When I asked it it was supposed to poke my eye, he said, I need to get close and proceeded to poke me in the eye. He barely got a good look because I kept flinching because he was so rough and said "You need to drive with night glasses". He didn't even take 5 minutes to evaluate me/my eyes. When I went to follow up, he said all good, just continue wearing your glasses to read. He didn't know what I came in for and wasn't paying attention to the type of care I needed, and then provided poor care. Please don't waste your time.
