I attempted to set up an appointment for my daughter to have therapy with Dr. Robinson. In setting up my account with Sondermind, which I think is their billing/office assistant software(?), it requires a credit or debit card to be on file. I just had my identity stolen and do not have any of those currently. Without a card on file they will not let make an appointment. I did call to see if there was a way around it, but no. I think they may be more concerned with getting paid than actually helping.
