Dr. Freeman and her staff were the ultimate professionals.  Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor treated me with respect and understanding.  I only had to wait 2-3 minutes before being seen. Treatments were explicitly explained and adequate time alloted for my questions to be answered in a way that I could understand.  I recommend Dr. Freeman without reservation

I was very clear with everyone I spoke with leading up to my appointment that I needed to know every charge that would be associated with my services. I was assured multiple times that it would only be my co-pay.

Dr Freeman charged me $40 for a procedure without giving me the option to say yes or no.

When confronted her receptionist pulled out a sign from behind the wall showing me that there would be an extra charge. She also consoled me that it's something people are often confused about.

I'm not confused. You are doing deceptive practices and you know it. Your receptionist had the sign hidden and acknowledged it's often missed. Then you refuse to talk about it directly with me.


I called back several times leaving messages with different machines in her office. There has been no response.

Avoid this office like the plague.
