Elabbassi, Rawaa, MS was the registered dietitian assigned to me. She was never on time for our online sessions—I had to text her every time to remind her to join the Zoom meeting. On multiple occasions, she insisted that my appointment was on a different day, even though I had the correct information written down.

She also did not listen to my dietary preferences. Despite repeatedly telling her that I did not eat certain foods, she continued adding them to my meal plan week after week.

After she missed the last two scheduled Zoom appointments, I decided to stop using her services. However, a month later, I discovered that she had charged my insurance for six visits I never received.

This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend her services.
