I was a prior patient.  After 2 nuclear stress tests that were normal I cancelled a follow up nuclear stress test.  Now, 3 years later, I have a concern and wanted to schedule a consultation with Dr. Balchandani.  After a referral from my PCP, the office refused to take me on as a new patient because I cancelled my previous appointment.  I have never had a doctor refuse to take me as a patient after being referred from my PCP.  This just seems so wrong.
