Found Dr. Tandon after I was diagnosed with breast cancer - traumatic experience for any woman.  He is the reason that my spirits are so high while I am in midway thru my reconstruction.  His skill is only over shadowed by his compassion towards his patients.  My entire family loves him and his wonderful staff.  I come from the Northshore to see him and would have no problem if that distance was even tripled !  If you are looking for an excellent surgeon, look no further than Dr. Ravi Tandon.  You will have no regrets.
