I've seen Dr V for the past 15 years and hope he won't be leaving or moving, as I plan to be with him for the rest of my time.  He is amazing for me and my family, we all like him - even my husband.  :)  I read the review left, but he's human and only as good as the information given to him.  Here's our experience - We rarely wait more than a few minutes before getting called back from the reception area.  Then, once in the room the nurse is great!  She's nice and professional and gets you prepped and documented ready for the doctor.  It's usually not long and sometimes he comes right in once she leaves.  Dr V has a great "bedside manner."  He listens to what's wrong, is supportive, calms and answers any concerns you have when issues come up.  I appreciate that he doesn't rush me or make me feel like a bother, when I need a few more minutes, as some doctors do.  Our family has had a number of medical and emotional challenges in the family, and he's been very supportive with each of us.  His team even called to check up on us unexpectedly when they heard from an outside source about an unexpected event.  I have referred others to him, and they have all liked him as well!  He is a blessing for sure!

I always receive the best of services from Dr. Villalon. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is the most caring and wonderful doctor I have ever had. I like the fact that he treats me like a person and not just a patient. He always listens to me and answers any questions that I might have. He talks with me about my care and just doesn't dismiss what I have to say. He has a wonderful sense of humor - which I consider to be the best plus for him. I don't just seem like a patient to him but he treats me with respect and I consider him a friend. No one could ask for a better primary care physician!!

Dr. Villalon always makes time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns at every appointment. I never feel rushed. He is always up to date on my situation and status, genuinely interested in my health, and works with me on a personalized and specific health care plan. I feel very comfortable and safe in Dr. Villalon's care. He is an advocate for his patients and makes sure that they understand their options and his recommendations, works with them on treatment plans, and is diligent and consistent with follow ups.
