Dr. Plona's "expert Opinion" is nothing more than a good way to help the BWC from taking care of injured workers properly. After having many exams like this in almost 30 years, it is easy to see who is a knowledgeable Dr. and who lies and omits information on reports. The exam was extremely short and absolutely impossible to take Dr. Plano's opinion seriously when he completely contradicts many qualified Doctor's. Stay way if at all possible. Shady and corrupt.
