I called to see about getting a new patient appointment with Dr. Butler.  The person who answered the phone did not identify herself and when I stated I was looking to see if I could get a new patient appointment with Dr. Butler, she stated, 'He isn't taking new patients.  It possibly wont be until the end of the year.  You can call back if you want.'.  I stated thank you for her time and she just hung up on me.  I have been in the medical field as an office manager...for 20 years.  That was by far one of the worst experiences I have had...and that was JUST a phone call.  I am glad he isn't taking new patients.
