Super friendly, but the pricing and billing is very confusing and very expensive. Cleanings not thorough at all, lasts maybe 10 minutes.  They do not seem to honor the insurance pricing guidelines. I was told I'd pay the full amount of $1300 for a crown after maxing out my insurance.  Saved myself about $3-4k in dental work by switching from Dr Newayhid. Treatment plans tend to be less conservative and lean more towards more extensive, and expensive instead of trying a lesser option first. When asked which item was more urgent if I would have to choose due to cost, they couldn't give me an answer. This is the first dentist I have ever been to where they don't seem to want to work with you as far as outlining a treatment plan that is achievable finance wise-it was pretty much-you need it all, and it's going to cost you $4k. I have received regular cleanings and exams-so why was none of this addressed or noticed before?  The same amount of work at a dentist that is in network and honoring the contracted rate would be literally half the price -but guess what-the new dentist didn't even think I needed 2/3 of the crowns that I had left. To each their own I guess, but I am glad I left this practice. I wish I would have switched way earlier before I had already paid way more than needed for 2 crowns.
