who is he trying to fool he and William Shaw Carlson are the reason for a ladiies death after tommy Noggle and Teresa Steele push a foley catherter up her urinary tract for the fun of it , can you trust a doctor with your life while he is lying to your bank, I saw him playing with a red headed ladies  toes, I wonder if she is still alive a cycopath feels no emotion, tommy noggle does not have a emergency medicine license so why do they want to expand the emergency room with tax payers money, he wasn't a good banker either where did everybody money go is he pulling a rhett cainhead.
