Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I scheduled a routine preventive check-up, but was billed as a new patient office visit without any warning or explanation. No one provided an estimate or showed me what this would cost in advance, which feels completely misleading.
Communication was nonexistent—no transparency about billing, no effort to explain anything, and no accountability afterward. I left feeling taken advantage of and blindsided by the charges.
Avoid this doctor and her office by all means.
