I never even made an appointment.  I had a 9 year old I was interested in having the doctor see and I called to talk about the practice.  I asked if I was possible for me to come over just to meet the doctor for a minute or two, just get an overall idea of the doctor's vibe and practice.  They said they don't do that.  Apparently the human element is lost on this place and it's all about money.  No thank you.
