I have been a patient in this practice for about four years. I have been treated average to poor over all my visits. When they could not read my cpap chip they accused me of doing something to it. When my pre-certification was denied they would not help me understand the confusing language on the denial. When I learned I needed a letter for medical necessity they wanted $50 to write it. When you call to talk to someone one half the time the call is not answered. If it goes to voicemail, you almost guaranteed no return call will happen. Dr. Kakar himself is lacking any bedside manner. He's in/out and does the minimum medically necessary.
