If you are looking for a therapist that cares about you, what you say and your time, Raeesha Barnes is not the right therapist. She continuously cancelled or rescheduled appointments an hour or so before our session. She lied about the reasons telling me one night that it was a family emergency and the next day that she "got over her cold". Showing how commonplace lying was to her. I opened up to her about sexual trauma in my past and she treated me like I was insignificant and made me feel like just another brick in the wall. When I told her I needed someone consistent and that she was making me feel this way, she said she would help me find a new therapist since I struggled so much. She disappeared like I never mattered. She shouldn't be a therapist if she doesn't care about her patients. Very hurtful and unprofessional.
