Dr. Rachel is amazing! Gentle, caring, soft spoken and helped to calm my daughter who was deathly afraid of her 1st dentist. She took the time to explain what was going to happen in "kid terms"; and explained it again if needed. She was on-time - we waited less than 10 minutes. The office staff could be more pleasant but I am absolutely willing to deal with that in order to see Dr. Rachel!
