Mr. Quinn L. Lundberg JR., DMD

I am not a fan of this office. This office seems to be loved by the community. I brought my 3 year old in for her first check up and my impression was nothing like what I've heard. The assistant came in and checked my daughter out. She was wonderful. Then a doctor came in, didn't introduce himself, (Best I can tell from talking to other people he's a new business partner) he just looked at her for 2 seconds and said he would refer her out to pediatric dentist. He wasn't even going to tell me why until I asked. They brushed her teeth for like 30 seconds and that was it. I don't know if it only lasted that long because my child is antsy but I was still charged for a 70$ professional cleaning. 

I don't care for how they do their billing in general. Husband has been getting some work done. Any other provider I've gone to in the past they know what they are charging then and there, but with this office they always seem to have to get back to us for the charges. The costs also seem to be quite a bit higher than what is estimated on the insurance website. Like 300$ higher for one procedure. They also took 3 weeks to get an approval for a crown. I don't know, it just doesn't feel right.
 
The office staff was nice, the office itself is nice. Not a great first impression and I don't think I want to go back for her or myself. My understanding is that this office is always on time and a lot of times they'll take you right away if you are early. That is a positive about the office. If you go, then you might want to avoid the new partner.
