Warning this office will process you like cattle. If your appt. is at 10am you won't be seen till 10:30 if you're lucky. The receptionist is awful, she is very condescending and is disrespectful. She is not clear when setting up appointments with the doctors. We had to go back 2x because the doctor was "sick" and the other time the doctor couldn't do the procedure because it would need verification for insurance. Could they not have done it prior to the appointment? The receptionist's name is Marlene and treats clients like cattle. She is dismissive, when I asked why they didn't check before whether or not the procedure was covered through my dental insurance, she responded "You don't need to come to this dentist office, there are others!" This is NOT OK, you just don't say that to clients. Again, this place will treat you like cattle, the dentists are mediocre, they also use generic low quality dental products, and their facility is not thoroughly clean. The receptionist will bring you to the dentist room and handle the machines with their hands after checking in clients. I've witnessed this many times when they didn't wash their hands before or after handling the equipment. Stay away from this dentist office.
