I had an appointment with Dr. Matthews scheduled for 8:30 am.  Their automated system requests that you arrive 15 minutes early.  I did.  Why?  The Dr. was late. Again.  This time 20 minutes or so (can't confirm since I left) and last time more than 30 minutes late.  I scheduled this one early in the day to avoid the backups.    Later I get a call rudely asking where I am and explaining that the Dr. is now ready to see me.  Well I was ready at my scheduled time.  I would recommend choosing Dr. Matthews only if you don't value your own time.
