His professionalism is truly lacking. I would show up on time to my appointment, and most times I’d wait 10-15 minutes he’d receive lunch orders and make personal phone calls while I waited in the lobby. After 4-5 occurrences when I called him out he made no apologies or acknowledged the lack of respect. Otherwise he really doesn’t do his job of performing any kind of psychiatric evaluation (initially or during monthly visits). He’s curt, dismissive, and generally rude as a person. It took moving to a new area and finding a new psychiatrist to truly realize how poor my experience was with Phillip Cohen.
