Dr. Jamieson seems to be a warm doctor, howeve, he did not explain my surgery options, didn't acknowledge me while in pre-op after the nurse stopped him stating, "this is one of yours", didn't see me after surgery until the office visit 6 days later. As I discovered that laproscoptic surgery is an option I asked for a reason why he chose to use the open incision . His answer, "Been doing this for 35 years and that's how I do it". This information was not relayed to me until a week before surgery. What happeded to medical decision based on medical necessity?

I'll say it again. No other surgeon will ever operate on me or my family. If a specialist is required, I will recommend that Dr. Jamieson be part of the surgical team. My family and I have had many surgeries over the years and no one has ever made us feel this confident, safe and if you could see the last three surgeries he performed on me, you'll notice, not a single scar visible without magnification. Unbelievable!
