I left my previous doctor hoping I would get the same service except closer to home, but that wasn't the case. I made an appointment with Levi to get a physical, but it was not thorough at all. He didn't check my eyes, ears, throat, nostrils, and did NO auscultation. No urine or blood sample (blood had to be taken elsewhere) were collected either, and he didn't take my height or weight. All he did was ask some intake questions and check my blood pressure as well as give an EKG. He also did this stuff with the DOOR OPEN and I'm pretty sure that's a HIPAA violation. It looks like I'll be going back to my previous doctor despite the distance.
