The doctor was incredibly rude while conducting a neuropathy test he then became into a shouting match when I told him that I’m the patient he is the doctor and he has no right to be rude to me. (he didn’t like the fact I was saying ow when he was shocking me and poking me )He started screaming at the top of his lungs. I told him this visit was complete and I am leaving he then shouted that he would give me my refund for my co-pay. When I was in the lobby waiting, he would come in every minute or so acost me and then go back into the doctor’s room and then return it, and it cost me some more. He was stating that I was making comments trying to be cool. The only comments I made were ow that hurts and any facts related to my neuropathy case this has to be the worst and rudest doctor I’ve ever seen. The office was so hot with no air conditioning. I made a comment to the front staff about it And they cannot touch the thermostat yet everyone was clearly sweating. I’ve lodged a complaint with Aetna. My insurance company, and I have filed a complaint with the medical board.  Please do not ever go here. I’m warning you. This is the rudest Doctor Who will not believe you and then a cost you in and make rude remarks and comments about you. Even the front staff was looking at me like this guy was crazy.

I have a PPO and they are listed as "in network" I was referred to them by the orthopedist after being in an severe car accident that was not my fault. They refused to help me because they didn't want to deal with a car accident for fear that that they would not get paid once Aetna found out it was from a car accident..  The lady on the phone was nice, but I suffered a serious concussion and need help deciphering what is going on with what I am experiencing because of it. To turn someone down who needs help who has insurance that you are in network because you may have to do some extra work with the insurance to get paid is horrible ethics.

I went to Dr. Kim per my regular physician's referral after having an "incident". He seemed super disinterested  from the get go. He had me do an MRI. When I went in to see him with the results, which he had faxed to him at least a week prior, he says "oh your brain just has some irregular veins, but this has nothing to do with your incident". Which didn't make sense to me because the MRI's conclusion sounded more serious to me, even though I obviously don't understand the technical jargon. 

Then he calls me later that day and asks come back to his office, saying "I think it may be more serious". So I leave work again and go back to his office. He says "actually I read it again and it looks like you had some kind of stroke". What?? So did you actually read it the first time? He answers "not very carefully". Wow! I'm amazed this guy is a Neurologist. I could have done a better job myself with my situation. 

So what do I do now? I ask him. No exaggeration, he replies "I don't know, this is unusual, go see a UCLA neurologist". I ask him if he can refer one, and he says "no look it up online". This guy is believable. Good luck if you see him for something serious.
