My mother had an appointment for 2:30pm, she was told there would be a 20 min wait. At 4:00pm, she still had not been seen. They put her in a room, took her vitals, told her to go back to the waiting room. Soon after they brought her back into the office, and she sat. No one saw her, told her what was going on, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. If she had been late to her appointment, they would have canceled, but they feel they can make her wait as long as they like without a word. Abysmal treatment of a patient who is very ill and depends on their treatment. I will also be reporting this office to medicaid. AVOID this doctor if you want to be treated like a human being.
