First time i called the lady “had a migraine” and told me to call back the next day without getting any of my information. After getting ahold of them later in the week, im told i need to contact my insurance with procedure codes to make sure that my insurance will cover them. After spending half an hour on the phone with insurance figuring out what my copays will be. When i called back, that wasnt enough information. I was supposed to verify exactly how much the insurance was going to pay so i knew what my out of pocket cost would be on top of my copay (which im pretty sure defeats the entire purpose) and that way they could know theyre getting all their money. It seems all that secretary is there to do is schedule appointments, and get emotional if you get frustrated because she wont help you do what seems to be her entire job. Would not recommend.
