I saw Dr. Sociedade in 2014-2015 for the first time after my move to NJ. I was happy because she had great reviews. However, the first time I saw her she asked me "What's the problem?" before even saying Hello to me. She also had her shoes off and feet propped up for the entire short 10-15 minute session. What caught me off guard was when she asked what ethnic background I was. She is Portuguese and the surrounding area is heavily Portuguese so she seemed taken aback that I wasn't and asked how I found her. I felt she was very cold and not friendly at all towards me. After stating I had an anxiety disorder, she automatically pushed me to see a Psychiatrist and ended the session. I've never returned but I clearly remember the experience as no professional has ever displayed those type of mannerisms towards me.
