I called his Vienna office for an appointment.  I waited on hold for about 10 minutes and then opted for the 'keep your place in line and get a call back' option.  After 40 minutes without a call back, I wrote this review.  Fortunately, I was looking for a new doc and am not experiencing the inconvenience of having to change from his practice.  However, I will not accept the service of a practice that is this difficult to access.  What if my call was important?
