No complaints. This was my second time going to Dr Paul Tracy and the first time he didn't think I needed to update my glasses this time I had a change and he was very courteous and his staff went above and beyond to help me get glasses. My previous eye doctor always took an hour and a half to two hours from my appointments which I felt was unnecessary. The two times I've been to Dr Tracy it has never been around 30-45 minutes very efficient.

It was the first time I had seen Dr. Tracy, but won't be my last. He was very thorough and understanding of my problem. He explained that I needed cataract surgery, asked me who I would like to see. He seems to be very caring and knowledgeable

Dr Tracy always makes me feel like I am important. He is taking good care of my brother, my mom and my eyes very good. My mom's eyes are bad and she cries everytime she comes, but he does his best to get the glasses to help her.
