I reached out before calling the office asking to set up an appointment, I made them my primary dentist through my insurance. They emailed me from the front desk and told me to call prepared with my insurance card and information (which I did). They did not give me any guidance on the phone on how to move forward and were unwilling to work me yet I did everything that was asked before calling. They made me feel as though I was asking dumb questions and I was an inconvenience for them. I don't think I want to go to a physician that employees people that are allowed to be rude and unhelpfully. Very frustrating
