Context - Broken and dislocated toe. In pain for few days now.. 

First of all, I had to call them 4-5times and spent 3hrs to get an appointment. The person at the phone said computer is not responding and will give me a call back which never came. Well, I requested to speak to
Manager to see why is the appointment desk lady speaking so rudely. To behest it goes to voicemail and no follow up.

Second, booked in another arrowhead location and I was supposed to get the information over mobile text or email. None of it happened.

Third, went to the wrong location. Then the person asked me to go to another location. I took me an extra 30min to get to the new office. Front desk person mentioned, I’m late to appointment and I was marked as no show. I explained the situation and she finally said, there are few patients ahead of you and it make take sometime.. 

Finally, still waiting for nearly two hours.. no luck. All patients who arrived before me, along with me and after me have been called in..!!!
