He described patients with hep-c as "coming out of the wood-work (like bugs)" since new meds became available.  He said he had requested treatment for me from Medicaid and was awaiting approval for several months, and gave me blood tests to prove I was drug-free.  After I passed the tests and waited a couple more months, after I called and asked and asked and asked if my meds were approved, he admitted he didn't even request them because I had stated I was a pot smoker in our initial interview, even after I proved I wasn't anymore, twice with blood work.  Pinto is a lying arrogant jerk.  He probably screws medicaid and his patients for every cent he can get.
