Dr. Patrick Buchanan is an excellent Pain Specialist.  I have seen four other pain specialist over the past 15 years and he is the only one to get me some pain relief.  My low back problem can’t be helped with surgery so I have been dependent on getting relief from epidurals.  Recently Dr. Buchanan installed the Saluda “Evoke” ClosedLoop Spinal Cord Stimulator and I am experiencing about 90% pain relief from my lower back down my leg, to behind my knee, and down to the bottom of my foot.  I have gone from needing 3 ice packs (for my lower back, behind my knee, and on my foot) on a regular basis to help relieve the pain to NO ice packs.  Thank you Dr. Buchanan and Saluda Medical for giving me this much needed relief.
