This provider came up on a list of in network providers for my insurance.  I called to try to make an appointment and was received very rudely by the appointment coordinator.  The person would not even run my insurance to see if they took it (even after I told them they appeared on the in network list for my insurance).   I am hard of hearing and they even seemed to mock my accent (were talking very slowly as if I didn’t understand English).  I felt disrespected and felt very embarrassed.
