My last visit with Dr Glenn  was actually in September 2016, definitive day unknown.
She had a warm and friendly bedside manner, and preformed a very thorough physical and mental exam.
On my first visit I waited  an extremely long time but, if the doctor was as thorough with all of her other patients, as she was with me, then I don't mind the wait. I planned my next visit on a day I had nothing else to do, however, that day I was seen within 15 minutes. The office staff was nice and attentive. 0n two occasions I had to call the office twice to get someone to call me back. Overall, I am so pleased with her caring and professional attitude that I have overlooked the negative things which I considered annoying and minor to me. The way this doctor addressed me as being an important individual/patient to her, is my first priority.  I am seasoned enough to know that I can't have everything the way I want. So, if I have to wait in the office a little longer than normal (minor)or call her office back the third time (annoying), it was worth it because she is an exceptional provider in this day and time. Patience is a virtue.
Everyone that I have referred to Dr Glenn has felt the same way about her compassion and professionalism.
I am also, a nurse by profession and I set a higher standard for health care providers.
